The interview process was pretty standard. All interviewers were ex-Googlers, so expect Google-style interviewing. The assignment involved a write-up on API strategy, execution plan, and GTM strategy. The app and data model link were broken, and my follow-ups went unanswered, so I had to omit that part. It was a pretty bad experience; clarifying questions weren't answered, broken links weren't addressed, and one interviewer was late and rushed through two questions before ending the interview. It felt like a waste of time.

Great experience overall! The whole process took 4 weeks and it was very smooth. It started with an HR interview (around 45 min). Then, they sent me a challenge related to the role with a 1-week deadline. After that, I had my 2nd interview with the hiring manager and a PM from the team. This interview had two parts: first, I presented the challenge, and then they asked questions (1.5h). The 3rd and last interview was with the VP of product (1h). What I liked the most: All the interviewers were very friendly, they provided immediate feedback right after the interview, and all the questions were to the point and highly related to the role. They also give you the chance to ask questions and really take the time to answer in detail.

It was a really smooth interview process. There was 1 HR screening and then 5 interviews plus a home task. Everyone I interviewed with was super thorough and experienced, and the questions they asked were spot on. They also made sure to leave time to answer any questions I had. The whole thing wrapped up pretty quickly. All in all, a great experience.

  • What was the outcome of that initiative and how was it measured?
  • Were there any challenges with stakeholders involved in that initiative, and how did you handle them?
