First there was a round of cognitive-style games (quick calculations, error spotting, puzzle rotation) and an English knowledge test. Then a simple Python test where I had to create a function and work with indices.

There were 3 interviews. First, an HR interview where the HR reps were really nice and welcoming. This part likely included behavioral questions and discussion about past work. There was also a short 10-minute Python and SQL programming challenge. Second, a manager interview with some brain teasers to check out my thought process. Third, the final challenge, which was the hardest part. It involved getting to know the EMS platform and then writing Python code to find business insights from some tables. For me, the toughest part was not having enough business knowledge about the challenge's subject.
