First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CellNetix Pathology & Laboratories.
Supervisor
It was a good process, a bit challenging but it had many steps. They kept me updated on how things were going, and I knew what to expect on the way to getting an offer. The recruiter was really nice and knew their stuff before they passed me on to the hiring manager.
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with a personnel issue and describe your approach to resolving it?
Software Developer
It started with a phone screen, which was pretty casual. They talked about the company and the tech stack. Then, there were two in-person interviews. The first one was more like a standard interview, asking about my past work and technical skills, especially Microsoft stuff. They had me do some whiteboarding exercises, like FizzBuzz, reversing a string, and palindrome checks, but they weren't too hard. The last interview was a group thing with the wider team, which felt more like a meet-and-greet, pretty informal.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a challenging situation with a colleague?
- Tell me about a time you had a difficult interaction with a coworker.
Lab Assistant
We had a quick email exchange to set up the interview, which was efficient. I interviewed with 2 people. They asked a set of standard behavioral questions. They also pulled out some details from my resume and asked me to talk more about them. The interview felt friendly and conversational. I asked about growth opportunities, and it seems like there aren't many.
- Tell me more about these specific points on your resume.
- Which vegetable do you identify with and why?
- If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Lab Technician
It was a phone interview that lasted about an hour. I never heard back from them, even after sending a follow-up email. The pay was also pretty low. Honestly, the interview itself was pretty easy. No other comments.
- Can you tell me why you applied for this position?
