I had interviews with the head of marketing, digital marketing manager, and marketing manager. We mostly discussed my past experience and what I expect from the role. They gave me the impression that I was a perfect fit, but then they rejected me, saying they needed someone with more experience. They were actually hiring a Marketing Specialist with 2 years of experience, and I have 6 years of experience, so I'm not sure what they were looking for.

The interview was good and constructive, but it definitely required a lot of preparation. It was helpful though because it pushed me to research the company more and get ready. They asked questions about how I approach work and also presented some scenarios.

The process was quite disorganized. I ended up speaking with four different people, and I had to answer the same questions repeatedly for each interviewer. I was the one who had to arrange the follow-up interviews. Two of the interviewers mentioned that the work-life balance expectations for this role and the company could negatively impact your health, and they were actually planning to leave.

We had a screening call, then I interviewed with the hiring manager for over an hour. The last round was with the team director. The second interview was pretty casual, it was a long talk about the markets and company's successes but not much about my fit for the job.
