The interview process involved a telephone call first, followed by a technical interview. During the interview, they asked about me, my previous jobs, and other things, and wanted to know about my sales experience. It was generally good, but I didn't get the offer in the end.

It was a long process. Three interviews happened back to back, and each one had multiple interviewers. They all wanted situational examples. The hiring manager didn't try to be personal or get to know me; they just asked questions like it was a poker game. The second interview was with the same hiring manager, and he didn't even remember me from the first interview. Not his fault if I didn't make an impression, but why waste his time?

The interview process was three hours long and involved meeting with three different people. They asked the same questions. I had to wait a while for a callback or email, but I eventually got the job offer. I only had two days to complete a drug test, and it took months before I could start working.

it was very smooth and welcoming. they just asked simple questions to try to gauge who you are as a person during the first round. then in the second round actually tried to determine your intelligence and your fit in the company
