I had two interviews. First was with HR, where they asked about my availability and what I knew about the company. The second interview was with the team lead, and it involved typical interview questions, like asking me to describe a time I had a conflict with a coworker.

Applied online and then got an email for a phone interview. It was with HR to see if the job was a good fit for my interests. They set up an in-person interview during the phone call. I also got a form with typical interview questions to complete. The in-person interview was two days later. The interviewers were nice and explained the job and duties in detail. They didn't ask a lot of questions, and it felt pretty relaxed. They finished with a basic MS Word formatting and text editing quiz. I heard back from HR with a job offer the following week.

I applied online and got a call back the next day. They gave me some info about the role and asked about my resume. Then I had another phone interview that week with a Senior Regulatory Submission Specialist. This interview went deeper into my past experience and gave more company/position details. Right after, HR called to set up an in-person interview with the Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate. This interview also focused on situational questions about my past experience. I got the job offer the following day.

The interview process seemed good. Despite reading multiple negative reviews online about the company, I approached it with an open mind. After informing them that I was also in the midst of another interview process, I received an unfriendly phone call where they stated they would inform me within 24 hours if I was offered the position. I never heard back from Celerion. Very unprofessional.
