First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Celerant Consulting.
Analyst
I spoke with the Head of Analysis and the Head of HR. They asked me behavioral questions about how I'd handle analysis with complex and raw data, and a few specific things that I had ready answers for.
- What are your general business insights?
- How do you approach analysis?
- How do you manage projects?
Senior Vice President
I was contacted by a recruiter for an interview, then had a phone call with Corporate HR. After that, I set up individual 1:1s with the hiring manager and the senior leadership team. There was also a group interview. The company made an offer a week later. We spent another week negotiating the signing bonus, compensation package, and start dates before I accepted the offer.
- What makes you want to switch industries?
Consultant
I had a 60 minute fit interview with a really nice HR rep over the phone and we connected well. Celerant Consulting is different from typical strategy consulting firms like McKinsey, Bain, and Monitor, and their work is amazing. This made me more interested. After that, I had more fit and case interviews. They asked difficult questions and really challenged us.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
Business Development Executive
I talked a lot with the recruiter. The recruiter seemed very close to the company, so it was hard to get an unbiased view on things like the company culture or management. Then I had a two-hour meeting with practice leaders. After that, I spent a full day with several people from different levels, including some "leading" employees.
- Do you believe you are a good fit for the company?
