Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process was done wonderfully. I was interviewed 1-on-1 for the initial interview. Three individuals were present in the second interview. I was asked to do a project and do a presentation for the final selection process. I was given ample time to complete the project. However, following the presentation, I heard nothing from Celebration for over 2 weeks. When I reached out (for the second time) to receive an update, the email I received had only 2 sentences—thanking me for my time and a notice that they chose the other candidate. This was very unprofessional following a 1-month-long interview process.

Behavioral Technical

It was a very traditional interview process. The interviewer and the environment were really nice and professional. We talked about my ideology, work experience, education, networking, and personal interests. Even though I didn't get the job, I came away with a better understanding and appreciation for the organization. My advice to other candidates is to really focus on highlighting your qualifications instead of trying to build rapport. I think that's where I went wrong.

We had a group interview at Celebration! South where they selected a small group of people. Then, those selected individuals had a single interview, followed by an individual interview at Rivertown. This last interview was pretty easy and direct.

We had a group interview, and it was pretty long considering there were only 5 people interviewing. We all took turns answering questions about ourselves and also about some group scenarios.
