I had a virtual interview process. It started with an initial phone call from HR. Then, there was a video call with both the HR rep and the manager of the team I might join. The last interview involved the HR rep and all the project managers in the department. The entire experience, from when I applied until I got the job offer, took about a month. This was partly because I was busy with finals and graduation.

So we first had an aptitude test, and after that, they filtered people. The next round was a group discussion, then there was a technical interview round, and the last round was an HR interview. They shortlisted 20 people from our college.

The interview was pretty simple and quick. They asked more questions about my resume, and also asked 'like yourself' and rhetorical questions. I also got to ask questions about the job I would be doing.
