First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cedaron.
Technical Solutions Engineer
I had a phone chat with my potential direct boss first, then a panel interview came next with the CEO, HR, the Technical Solutions Director, and a Software Engineer. The interviewers were engaging, but unfortunately I didn't get the job.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Engineer
You'll talk to Karen and others, and they'll be weirdly focused on how you react. They'll act like they're okay with your mistakes and will really like you. You'll do better than people who have been there for ages, and Karen will praise you, making others jealous. Later, the higher-ups might get on you for not catching on fast enough, and then you'll just disappear. Nobody will even know you were fired. If anyone misses you, Malcolm will bring in pastries to make them feel better.
- Are you able to handle being insulted?
- What's your knowledge of the medical industry?
- Are you aware of Glassdoor and its negative reviews?
Accounting Administrator
Instead of just one person interviewing me, I spoke with a group of people. This was different from what I'm used to, but I actually thought it was a good sign that the company wanted input from everyone who would be working with me. I wouldn't want to end up in a role where I didn't get along with my colleagues.
- What are your career aspirations for the next two years?
- What are your long-term career goals for the next 10 years?
Technical Support Engineer
First was a recruiter chat, then I talked to some team managers, and the last one was in person. The people were really nice. They were looking for more experienced candidates, so it didn't work out for me.
- Could you provide an overview of your resume?
