I was on campus all day, meeting with two committees and other people, and had some other meetings too. It was fine, but they said they'd let candidates know in two weeks. Two weeks passed, and I heard nothing. I sent an email to follow up and thank them again for the chance to interview. No reply. Two weeks later, I tried again the same way, and still no response. This is really unprofessional and honestly, I'm glad I didn't get the job. I can't imagine how CCC treats its employees if this is how they treat people interviewing with them (like they don't care at all). I hope they realize how bad this makes them look.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy. They mostly ask situational questions, so you should be prepared for those. Showing a genuine passion for the job will really help you stand out. Being friendly and confident also makes a difference.

I had two interviews on the same day. The first was with the Senior Director of admissions or maybe the VP, and then there was a panel interview.
