Training and Sales Enablement Manager
It was a super long process, they admitted that. I was prepped for it and had to go in-office for a multi-hour aptitude test. The test itself was fine, but it felt like a major overstep for what's expected of candidates these days. I also had 5 interviews.
- What is your approach to Learning and Development?
Credit Analyst
This was a really long process, and in the end, they didn't hire me or anyone else. I went through 4 interviews and 4 aptitude tests, but I still got rejected. I saw on the hiring manager's LinkedIn that they're still looking for someone for the role. While I get that I might not have been the right fit, it feels like they could have let me know sooner instead of wasting my time.
- What are your expectations for a manager?
- What made you choose to work in credit?
Sales and Credit Intern
The interview process involved an initial round of regular interviews, followed by a second round that included two assessments in math and writing. After these stages, background checks were conducted, which were primarily handled by the company after I submitted the necessary details.
- What makes you want to work in this role?
Management Trainee
It was a long interview process. First, a phone interview, then a zoom interview, then two separate in-person interviews. I also had a two-hour proctored test over zoom. After the final interview, they said they'd let me know within 4 days if I got an offer. 15 days and several follow-ups later, they told me I wasn't chosen and that they forgot to tell me. It took a month of interviews, tests, and other demands to get a simple answer.
