Behavioral Presentation

A standard interview process with a basic structure and the usual questions. The panel was very calm and reminded us periodically not to be nervous and to take our time. It included questions about academic courses from graduation to masters and projects on the CV. The process concluded with an offer.

There were 3 to 4 interview rounds, mostly focusing on my work profile, experience, domain knowledge, and future goals. They also negotiated salary with me at the end. Domain knowledge was really emphasized.

The interview was hybrid. There was an HR round on the phone, then a technical round on site, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager also on site. Salary negotiation happened on the phone and via email. The whole process was well organized and I got fast feedback, about a week.

Group Technical Behavioral

I applied through my university in Chennai. The process had 3 parts: first, there were Pre-Placement Talks which went on for about 1.5 hours. After that, only Mechanical students had a written test, others went straight to Group Discussions (GDs). The GD had about 10-12 people per group, and the topics were pretty straightforward. They usually picked a maximum of 3 people from each group, though sometimes nobody was selected. Out of 78 people in GD, 12 made it to the interviews. The interviews were actually quite relaxed. There were 2 people on the panel, and they were really friendly. Each interview lasted around 10-20 minutes. They let us know the results the same day, and 3 people got offers.
