It was pretty easy, but they didn't want to talk about the turnover history. The whole thing took like 3 months from start to finish, three interviews total. Everyone on the teams was cool.

The interview was scheduled very quickly and I got the final decision within two days. It was an amazing experience with great learning. Their hiring process is really good because they don't waste job seekers' time with their fast and prompt response.

I was encouraged to apply for this position on LinkedIn and also through a friend. I was given a contact email to send my application. I then sent my CV and my cover letter and the recruiter got back to me saying that my skills and professional experience "were quite far from the ones the position requieres." In reality I ticked all the boxes in their job description.

The interviews I had with CEA Study Abroad were pretty straightforward. They asked questions about my past work experience and how I approach my job. I liked that it felt more like a chat than a formal interview, which made things feel relaxed. However, I can't overlook CEA Study Abroad's poor communication and lack of updates after I went through several interviews with them. It's understandable if a company decides to go with another candidate, but leaving an applicant hanging for over a month without an answer is not acceptable. I kept checking in with the HR coordinator, and each week the decision kept getting postponed. CEA Study Abroad seems like a decent company, but they really need to sort out their communication process.
