Bilingual Call Center Representative
For me, the interview is a way to show who I am and how I communicate, not just what's on my resume. Usually, I apply, and if they like my application, I'll have one or more interviews. These could be over the phone, online, or in person. Each step is a chance for them to get to know me and for me to learn about the company.
- In customer service, there are times when customers get upset and direct their frustration at you. How do you manage this rejection from callers and ensure it doesn't affect your next interaction?
Analyst
The first part of the process was a phone screening. The hiring manager asked me about my background, what I'm looking for salary-wise, and talked about what the job entails. They also asked some specific questions about my past experience.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- Could you tell me about your background?
- What are your salary expectations?
Club Demonstration Services
The interview was straightforward, and I wasn't nervous at all. The interviewer was very pleasant and relaxed. They inquired a bit about my previous work experience and confirmed my comfort with their workplace accommodations before proceeding. We also covered the working hours, company policies, and compensation details.
- Can you tell me about your previous job experiences?
VP
It was a long and drawn-out process. I had multiple interviews with different people. They weren't great about providing updates, so I had to constantly follow up to see if they were still interested. Then they'd tell me I needed to interview with another person.
- What makes you want to join our company?
