First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CDO Group.
Operations Manager
Overall, it was a good and simple interview process. It was short and ended quickly. The questions were simple and responses were easy. Not sure why so much information was needed to get more details.
- When can you start working?
Human Resources Generalist
The interview process was pretty standard: first a phone screen to make sure I was a fit, and then a second in-person interview. Everyone I met throughout the process was really nice. The chats were open and gave me a good sense of things. I liked meeting the team and got a feel for the company culture.
- Can you introduce yourself and discuss your professional background?
Project Manager
The entire interview process was conducted over the phone. When I first started the job, there was a partner, but they left, presumably because they got tired of dealing with all the deceptions.
- Can you tell me about your commercial construction experience?
Cost Estimator
I arrived at the office and had a chat with Anthony for about 30 minutes. Afterward, I met the other folks in the estimation department for a brief 10-minute discussion.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience in commercial construction?
