Before CDM brought me in for a formal interview, they had me do a copy test. It involved tasks like designing an ad for an eraser and writing a fundraising letter for a nonprofit. There were about five or six tasks, and it took me several hours. A few weeks after I sent it back, CDM called me and asked me to come in. I met with an HR generalist, and then with the two senior vice president creative directors who ran the department. The interviews were nice, casual, and informative.

I had two interviews back to back, set up through a client contact. The interviewers were super welcoming and warm, really positive and engaging. The first interview was informal, more about getting to know me than testing me. The second was more structured but still relaxed, like a conversation. My advice is to be positive, energetic, and show your real self. I think they mainly wanted to see how I'd fit the culture, which seems dynamic, creative, and open-minded. I interviewed last week and HR will contact me soon about next steps.

A friend put my name in for an HR opening and I got a call to chat about some possibilities. The HR recruiter was really chill and understood my situation -- I wasn't looking for full-time because I didn't have a ton of Pharma experience. They still invited me in for an interview, and I ended up getting a freelance Account position, which is apparently pretty rare. The interviews were super direct, covering things like my resume, how I'd manage projects with multiple agencies involved, and my personal interests outside of work.

I was contacted by email to schedule a phone interview. I felt comfortable during the interview. The treatment was very friendly. The recruiter promised to get back to me about the process, regardless of the outcome. However, I never heard back. I sent two follow-up emails, and in both cases, the response was that they would contact me with the results, whether positive or negative. I still haven't received anything; it's been a year.
