The interview process was pretty quick and had 4 parts. It wrapped up in about 3-4 days. Everyone I talked to was easy to get ahold of and asked questions that were to the point.

Behavioral Technical

It's a long interview process with nice conversations with potential colleagues. It starts with a recruiter who is professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Everyone helps you get a clearer picture of the work environment, the team, and its people. Having time between interviews is good for processing information, which is a welcome change from the usual 'hire hire close close' mentality that leads to high turnover and a poor atmosphere. This allows the team and me to evaluate each other. More interviews with my future colleagues are coming up, and I'm still excited about joining the team. I hope they feel the same!

Behavioral

The interview process was very straightforward. The recruiter was great, but the hiring manager was unprepared, distracted, and unengaged. He seemed borderline combative. I learned later that he was no longer with the company. I'd interviewed with them before and gotten an offer, but that was 3 months prior.
