First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CDC Software (Hong Kong).
Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty quick. First, HR gave me a call for like 30 minutes. Then, I went onsite for interviews with the hiring manager and some team folks, which usually took about half a day. Sometimes there was another round with a senior manager. After that, they asked for two references and then HR made the offer, and I could start negotiating. The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks.

Account Development
It started with one phone call. After that, there were about 3-4 tries to get the manager to set up the in-person meeting. The in-person meeting involved talking to the manager and then a peer coworker. The people involved were from the background check team and weren't top-tier. The office felt dull and quiet, almost scared or uncertain. The work seemed focused on one specific function, with distinct groups.
- No unusual questions were asked.
Finance
Had a phone interview, and then a face-to-face interview. Now the interview includes a DPAT test which is an IQ test, and a personality test.
