The interview process was great and everything went really well. After the last round, they ghosted me and never responded to any of my emails. The questions were pretty standard and not difficult.

I went through several interviews, and the last one was a panel interview with a bunch of people I hadn't met before. It seemed like this interview style was pretty new to most of them. There were a lot of applicants, and it was set up kind of like speed dating. I had about 5 minutes with two or three people at a time.

It's pretty easy and friendly. Just go in with a strong will to work there, and if you have knowledge and a commitment to Christ, you'll be at the top of the pile. The interviewers are always friendly and don't seem imposing or scary.

Had a day with a bunch of meetings with department heads, some one-on-one and some group settings. They asked really detailed questions. It was a long day of multiple meetings with interviewers all at once. Since it was a big group, most of the HR stuff was done in a group setting.
