I applied online. After about 2 days, a recruiter reached out via email. We had a phone call, and then she sent me an online assessment which was pretty difficult. After passing that, I had an HR interview and then a technical interview. It was a bit challenging, so I needed to be well-prepared. The interviewer was strict, so be careful with your answers.

Behavioral Technical

I received a sudden call from HR, which was okay, but connection issues led to a callback four hours later. This dampened my enthusiasm. The HR person asked behavioral questions about my past experiences and school projects. Near the end, a technical interview via Skype was mentioned. I suggested the following Monday, but she insistently asked for the next day. We scheduled it. On the day of the Skype interview, I waited over 20 minutes past the start time. In college, a professor not showing up for 15 minutes means the class is canceled. The professional world is harsh. We must be punctual, but interviewers can be so late. I can't reclaim my time. After 30 minutes, I sent an email withdrawing from the process. While I've seen poor management before, this was the worst I've experienced.

The hiring process is pretty involved, with a mix of technical and non-technical evaluations. If you make it through the initial screening for the training program, you'll come in for some training. It's set up like a classroom, and you'll be doing assignments and taking tests constantly. Plus, there are major tests every 10, 20, and 30 days to make sure you're still on track for the training.
