First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CCRM Management Company.
Ivf Nurse Coordinator
It was easy to schedule my interviews. First, I had a zoom call for an initial screening. Then, I had an in person interview with the manager and the practice administrator. Overall it was a good experience.
- Could you share an instance from your past work where you faced a significant challenge and describe how you navigated through it?
Nurse Manager
The interview was pretty standard. I got a text the very next day from the nurse director saying I was offered the job. She mentioned she was going on a 3-week vacation and I'd get the offer letter while she was out, but I never did. When she got back, she said she'd check on getting me the offer letter. After that, she stopped responding to my calls and texts and never explained why she'd offered me the job but then ghosted me on the offer letter. I even called the company directly, and the receptionist talked to the director, who said she'd call me back right away, but I never heard from her again. It was super unprofessional. I wouldn't work there and took another job instead.
- Tell me about how you deal with a work conflict.
- What's your approach to leadership strategy?
Practice Administrator
We started with a phone screening with a recruiter, then I had two virtual interviews with director level people, one of whom was the hiring manager. After that, I had an in-person interview with the practice physician and medical director, followed by an executive interview.
- Can you share an experience where you had to handle a challenging client or patient?
Payer Contracting Analyst
I had a phone interview with a director (MT) for this role. Even though the job description said only a Bachelor's Degree was required and the other two bullet points were preferred, they acted like all three were mandatory. I never heard back and then saw they reposted the job. It's frustrating to be interviewed if they won't consider candidates who don't meet every single 'preferred' qualification. It feels like no one wants to train people anymore, making the job market tough because employers expect perfect candidates and then ghost everyone else. It's a disappointing experience.
- Can you tell me about your experience building payer contracts?
