Educator
The interview process is like a rodeo, with timed interviews where you move from one to another. If you pass that stage, schools might call to set up more interviews. Then, you'll interview with the administration and other educators. Finally, the administration will call and offer you a position.
- What educator-related questions do you have?
Teacher
I sent in my application online and after a couple of weeks, I heard back. The interview involved meeting with the principal and then the team. They asked questions that were pretty standard for this kind of job. I think it went pretty well overall.
- What experience do you have relevant to this role?
Intern
The interview process was light and good. It was friendly and they seemed to ease tension all around. I found it quite relaxing as they offered me a glass of water, overall a good one and I would recommend working with them, although I did not get a call back.
- Can you share a time you faced challenges at a previous job and how you handled them?
Therapist
The interview process was what I expected based on online sample interviews and question lists. No surprises. It was a comfortable interview focused on how I practice.
- Could you tell me about your educational background?
