I had a phone interview, and that was it. I never heard back from the company. The recruiter tried to get feedback, but got nothing. It’s weird that they ghosted the recruiter.

Two in-person interviews, good communication skills. The environment was casual. The second interview included on-floor active interpretation and brainstorming. Spoke with a total of 5 people, 3 of whom were interviewers and 2 were on-floor workers I was introduced to and allowed to ask questions of. It was a good interview as it allowed me a deeper insight into the site culture and daily happenings. And also allowed me to see manager to on-floor communication. Much better than seeing the inside of a conference room only.
