Breastfeeding Peer Counselor
The interview process was good and not uncomfortable, not intimidating at all. It included both a phone interview and an in-person interview. They asked pretty basic interview questions, nothing too out of the ordinary.
- What led you to apply for this position?
Coordinator
The interview process was really strange, it was the shortest one I've ever experienced and I felt like I wasted my time. One interviewer didn't even introduce herself. The recruiter was also odd, it took me over two weeks of trying to schedule something because she kept calling me instead of emailing back about my availability. We eventually scheduled a screening, but she kept calling and leaving voicemails. I asked if she got my email with my availability and she said yes, so I was confused why we were playing phone tag. Overall, the whole experience was off-putting and unorganized.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Manager
The whole interview process took about 2 months and had 2 rounds. They contacted me about a week and a half after I applied to set up a phone screen. The day after the phone screen, they invited me for an in-person interview which was scheduled for a week and a half later. This in-person interview was pretty short, only about 20 minutes. After that, a couple of weeks passed and I didn't hear anything, so I figured they went with someone else. I sent two follow-up emails, but never got a reply. I was expecting some kind of update on their decision, especially since we'd been in touch pretty well before and the process took so long and involved multiple interviews.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you describe your previous work experience?
- What makes you believe you're a suitable candidate for this role?
CPA
So, first you'll chat with the managers, then you'll meet the program director. It's pretty relaxed. The managers are nice, and the director is kind of superficial. Make sure you have your resume and college transcripts ready. It's just a straightforward interview.
- How would you approach clients who are hesitant to embrace change?
