First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CCFBank.
Finance
It was a very easy process. I was asked basic interview questions and communication was great. I was offered the position but declined due to pay and location. The interview lasted roughly 30 minutes and was done over zoom. It's a great starter position for someone looking.
- What are your answers to common interview questions?
Teller
I applied online and then got a call from the head teller. After that, I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview. For a teller position, there are usually two people interviewing: the head teller and the district manager. The questions they ask are pretty direct and focus on things like your strengths, weaknesses, and previous work history. They ask a lot of behavioral questions.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What about your weaknesses?
- Can you share some of your past experience?
Loan Processor
I applied online and got a call to schedule an interview pretty quickly. The first interview was on-site with two managers, it was about 25 minutes. The second on-site was with a third manager and it was about 20 minutes. Then I had a very short third on-site interview and they made me an offer.
- In five years, where do you see your career path leading?
Vault Teller
They asked a lot of questions during the interview, wanting to know about my previous job and how I would be a good fit for the branch. The interview felt relaxed and the staff were very friendly.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
