First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CCC.
Program Manager
I had a phone interview first, then an in-person one. After that, I got onboarded, which involved a background check. It took a bit but it all went well.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you share an example of a time when….
Sales Representative
The process was typical for all interviews. It started with introductions, followed by job-specific questions about sales processes and customer service. Finally, there was an opportunity to ask any remaining questions before we parted ways.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What is the significance of the name [company/product name]?
Auxiliar de Faxina
The interview process included oral and written tests, with presentations given multiple times. There was a second stage with another test, and a third stage with yet another test. A psychologist evaluated me four times, asking about myself, my family, my friends, how I feel, and my plans for the next five years.
- Why do you want to work here?
- Tell me about yourself.
Administrative Assistant
I interviewed with two people who were heads of the fostering department I applied for. The questions were direct and focused on my ability to work with a team and in a leadership capacity. They were looking for someone to take ownership of their role and the tasks assigned. Unfortunately, I wasn't hired due to a lack of experience.
- Can you share an instance where you assisted someone in overcoming a challenge?
