The process had three stages. First, there was a call to discuss availability. Then, a one-on-one interview covering my classroom experience and my motivation for joining the company. Finally, I had to prepare and deliver a lesson following the CCAA methodology.

You submit your CV online or at the school, and then you have an individual interview with the school director. The interview was chill, although they asked an inappropriate question about why I wasn't working in my field of study and wanted to teach. The manager was also inappropriate and criticized my choice of course and university, saying that if it were 'good' I wouldn't be looking for a job as a language instructor. She told a story about an acquaintance of hers, who had the same degree and a FIES loan, who was also unemployed and desperate for work (because if she didn't find a job, she'd be in debt and jobless). I found that inconvenient for an interview that should have been 'serious' and not a space for, forgive the term, idle chatter. In the end, they never got back to me! They probably didn't have enough students for the Spanish class. So, the question is, why call us for interviews for positions that might not even have students? They just made me waste my time and build expectations on something uncertain.
