First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CCA Global Partners.
Digital Media Coordinator
I had one phone interview screen, then a video interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a digital media specialist, where they gave me a tour. They also asked me to do a skills and personality assessment. In my final interview, I mentioned I had another final interview, and the hiring manager said he would schedule a video interview with the director of marketing, but that never happened. When I got a job offer elsewhere, I let them know, and then they said they wanted to pursue other candidates, which was odd since HR was asking me to do the assessment the day before. Not sure what's going on, but it seems like they are wasting people's time, and the salary was very low for the position.

Marketing Specialist
The interview structure involves both one-on-one meetings and team-based reviews. Initially, you'll have individual interviews with different stakeholders connected to the job. Later on, as they narrow down the candidate pool, you'll move on to a team-based review with your future colleagues.
- In your opinion, what abilities would be beneficial for your role and improve our team's overall output?
Marketing Coordinator
I interviewed about a year ago, and the position seems to be posted frequently. My initial phone interview and first Zoom interview felt aligned with the job description. However, the third interview shifted focus to digital marketing skills like online campaigns and strategies, which are usually for higher-paid roles. While I have some experience in that area, it wasn't my main job function, so I didn't get an offer. This makes me think they might be unsure about the exact role requirements.
- Have you worked with Google Ads campaigns before?
Training Manager
I was contacted by a department head to interview at their HQ. I spent 2-3 hours interviewing with the VP of Training, and Marketing and Merchandising people. Although many people came in and out of the interview, which meant I had to completely re-review my background 3X, all the people were professional, asked good questions, and I was impressed. I was asked to come back 2 weeks later to do a 1-hour "live" training presentation on any topic for a group of 4-6 people. I pulled a presentation from a previous company I ran, power point + lecture/talk. There were about 20 people in attendance that day. At the end of the presentation, the person who contacted me thanked me and told me the "next step" will be testing, etc. After 2 weeks passed I heard nothing, tried to contact the people I spoke with, but was not given any courtesy, "thanks, but we're hiring someone else."
- Would you consider working for them on a "contract" basis in case the new division they were forming did not work out?
