The interview process was bad, too complex, and not well organized. The organizer interviewed me on a Saturday morning and arrived very late. They did not follow up, and I never received any feedback. The interviewer spoke too fast, and the whole process was very weird.

I applied for the Strategist role at CBX and was contacted by the Director of Talent and Growth. We had to reschedule our initial phone interview due to a time zone mix-up, which she apologized for. The phone interview itself went well. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview, which was also rescheduled after they canceled the first attempt. The in-person interview was quite casual, focusing on my background and what I'm looking for. I didn't feel great about my chances based on the interviewer's demeanor. I sent thank-you emails to both interviewers, but unfortunately, I never heard back from either of them, which was really disappointing as I felt they completely ghosted me after I'd already gone in for an in-person interview. It felt disrespectful and showed a lack of courtesy.
