Super relaxed interview, very chill dynamic. It was a bit slow, but totally worth it. Great company to work for, worth moving forward. The recruitment process was super relaxed.

I was hired by CBSI for a role at GS, with a joining date of March 16th. After providing all my documents and completing the necessary formalities, I waited for over a month, during which I turned down other offers because I was eager to join GS. CBSI didn't communicate with me after the initial formalities. When I reached out on March 10th, after many calls, they informed me that the position was on hold and I should look for other jobs. It's concerning that they kept me waiting so long and didn't even inform me, and then the HR only told me via WhatsApp after I contacted them. This was highly unprofessional and irresponsible. So, if you get a call from this firm for any position and even get shortlisted, you now know your standing based on my experience. The rest is up to your luck.

Even though it's not new to me, going through an interview, I found it dynamic and modern. I'm still in the selection process but feeling very optimistic about the possibility of working at this company.
