First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CBS Sports Network.
Intern
It was an AI writing interview, which was a first for me. I think there were about 5 questions, and I had all the time I needed to answer them.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Production
Got a call from a recruiter who was not friendly and seemed unaware of the role. Her demeanor was off-putting, despite receiving an offer in the end.
- What is your current university activity
Office Services Coordinator
I started working freelance in the position. i worked 6 months before the position became full time staff online. once i applied, i let HR know and i had an interview the following week. I met with HR and my current supervisor. they were also interviewing other people of course, but i was offered the position a few weeks after my interview.

Research Intern
The interview process was great, very helpful and nice. It was more of a conversation to see if you will enjoy the work along with a few normal interview questions. It consisted of an online HireVue interview and a phone interview.
- What draws you to a career in sports?
