I submitted my application online through the company portal. After reviewing my CV, I got an invitation for a video interview. After that, there is a final interview with the HR team and the department manager to discuss technical skills and cultural fit with the company.
- Tell me about a time you had to work in a team to achieve a common goal
Freelance Writer
The conversation flowed effortlessly. The questions were clear, the interviewer was friendly, and the discussion felt natural and engaging, leaving me feeling confident and positive about the opportunity. Thank you.
- What is your monthly article output capacity?
Editor
It was an easy, straightforward, and totally remote interview process. They asked very few questions, and the people were nice. The questions were standard interview questions, nothing too wild or unexpected. The interviewers kept their cameras off the whole time and were super chill. There wasn't a follow-up interview; they just gave me an offer right away.
- Can you tell me about your experience with video games and anime?
Senior Software Engineer
I didn't prepare well. When we started the interview, they hadn't read my CV beforehand. They spent 10 minutes looking for it. They didn't have a clear understanding of what was happening in the company.
- What work have you done in recent years?
