This was a super long interview process. Started with a phone interview, then a personality test, followed by a strengths assessment, and then wrapped up with 6 in-person interviews. It's a really drawn-out process, so be ready for a wait. Just because you get through it all doesn't mean you'll get the job.

The application was so thorough and lengthy that the interviewer already knew everything they needed to know, which was then interesting when the in person interview happened and they hardly had any additional questions. She made it sound like my resume and application was exactly what they were looking for, but I never heard from anyone again after leaving the building. It was a waste of my time, and they were shady about salary. I was told they'd just done some restructuring within the last 1-2 years and that they’re working on getting people to “stay in their lane”… in a supposedly collaborative marketing department.

I was at a job fair where there were over 100 people interviewing. First, I talked to a manager who asked me about the company and why I was interested. Then, I met with a second manager who was more chill and wanted to learn about me personally. After that, I interviewed with someone more senior, and finally, I met with one of the VPs.

After applying online, they emailed me to complete a Personality Profile (four colors). Then they asked for my portfolio again, and I underwent a background check. A team member contacted me to photograph one of their model homes. I uploaded the photos to Google Drive and shared them. They used all of this to choose someone.
