The hiring process was super straightforward. It started with a phone screen, and then I had an in-person interview with three team members. They asked a good mix of questions, not just about social media itself. The in-person part was great for understanding the work environment and team culture, especially for when we eventually go back to the office.

Had a phone interview first, it was pretty easy. Then, I had an in-person interview. Three people interviewed me, and they all started by mentioning the bad Glassdoor reviews. One said that although the 'toxic' people are gone, some are still at the top. The vibe in the building was really off. I got weird comments about my clothes, like in the reviews, and they barely asked about the job itself. Still no response after months, which is probably normal, but most people would move on.

It was a pretty standard process, starting with a phone call and then an in-person interview (this was before covid, of course). Things moved super fast, and I was actually working within a week of getting hired! The people interviewing me were really nice and asked some great questions.
