Applied online, the process took a week. I got an email from the HR manager for a phone interview. The interview was scheduled for the next day at 1:30 PM. I was really looking forward to it since it's a good company. The manager called me 14 mins late because she forgot and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said I could talk, she didn't say anything but started the interview. During the interview, I could feel she was really in a rush, not really paying attention to my answers, basically just went through her questions. After I answered all the questions, she asked if I have anything to ask, so I asked about compensation and benefits. Her answer was very short, and she was ready to go. In the end, my interview was cut short by 15 mins. I feel this company is not who they say they were on Glassdoor. Be careful!

HR Manager reached out to schedule a call with the hiring manager. Then there were second-round interviews with the hiring manager and two people from a related department. Finally, there was a call with the COO. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable despite my nervousness. Showing genuine interest in the role and demonstrating knowledge of the industry and company is key, as the team is passionate about their work.

The interview was a four part process. First, I had a phone screen where they asked about me and if I had done my research on the company. Then, I had a second phone screening with my potential manager. After that, I went to the office and met with HR (who screened me initially), my potential manager, a team member in the role I was applying for, and two other people from the office for a casual chat to see if I was a good fit. Finally, I took a two-hour proficiency exam to test the skills needed for the position. The environment was very comfortable and happy. The questions were straightforward, not meant to trick me. They wanted to assess the fit for me just as much as I was a good fit for them.
