The interview was in-person with the former Program Director over the phone. It was unconventional, but it worked because my position interview changed mid-stream based on some of my initial answers. I was asked about why I wanted the position, what abilities I brought from prior work experiences, and my Spanish speaking ability/level was also tested.

The interview process was pretty relaxed. A background check was performed, and it took more time than anticipated. The orientation phase spanned two days, and the trainers were quite effective. Following the orientation, I immediately began my work, receiving on-the-job training from the current administrative secretary regarding daily tasks.

The interview lasted about an hour and a half and I spoke with two regional directors. I also had to do a role play for a case scenario. The interviewers were really nice and put me at ease. They asked me what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work for them.

I had a 1-on-1 with the Director onsite. Then, about a week later, I had a 'Team' interview, also onsite. The team members were regular employees who didn't seem to have formal HR training. One of them welcomed me and gave me four documents to get ready for the interview. I had 30 minutes to get through that. About 30 minutes after that, he came back with the rest of the team and they started asking me standard questions, first in English and then in Spanish.
