First, there was an aptitude round on the college campus. Then, qualified students were invited for an in-person interview at the company. After passing that, there was another technical round and a coding round with the VP of Technology. Following that, an HR round took place. I cleared all rounds but still didn't get an offer letter, which felt like a waste of my time.

The interview process was really smooth. The interviewer was super cooperative and calm. I managed to answer most of the questions and also had a good discussion about the company with them. We even talked about my transition from mechanical engineering to IT.

So basically they came to our college on November 25, 2017. They selected students based on the cocubes test and coding marks, and also randomly selected students who had above 60% in 12th grade and good 10th CGPA. After that, they started calling for a direct interview, which was the technical interview. The second round was the HR round where they asked about where I live, if I have a laptop, and stuff like that. The third round was the VP round, where they asked where I live and if I wanted to know anything about the company, and that was it. For the technical interview, they asked some SQL questions like foreign key and other questions like if I knew about computer networks like TCP UDP protocol. They also asked about GET/POST related to HTML front-end development, and about my project.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you explain the TCP UDP protocol?
  • Could you elaborate on GET and POST requests?
  • What is the difference between primary key and foreign key?

Worst interview experience I ever had, your whole day will be a waste. After taking 4 technical rounds included 2 VP rounds, they were not able to decide whether to take the candidate or not, and invited me to give one more technical test that I refused. Don't think to give an interview or join this 'Lala' company. Environment inside the company was horrible like you entered a fish market. Suggestion to HR/management - please don't waste the time of candidates, and your VP needs to learn how to talk. If you won't improve your processes nobody will join your company.
