The interview process was mostly online, with support staff helping with questions via email and phone calls. The support staff was very active, and the restaurant selection was up to end. Payment is daily, but can be weekly if preferred.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I spoke with a recruiter and then a manager over the phone. After three weeks of silence, during which I assumed I hadn't advanced, they sent me a case study. It was a substantial assignment with a tight deadline, taking me three full workdays to complete, including market research for three cities, numerical analysis in Excel, and creating a PowerPoint presentation. Upon submitting it, I received a standard rejection email five days later. My requests for feedback were consistently denied, even after multiple follow-ups, with the company stating they don't provide feedback.

They really just seem to want people who dress sharp and can speak well. They also suggested twice that you should 'bring them snacks' -- I bought snacks, and they were like, 'oh yeah that's great.' Parking is only free if the 5 reserved valet spots aren't taken. Since they mass-interview people, try and get there extra early in case you need to park on your own.

Case Behavioral

So, first I had a phone interview. Then, they asked me to put together a whole business plan, which is a big job that usually costs a lot. I did it, and after that, I had a half-day of interviews. But then, they just stopped responding to everything, not even an email to say they chose someone else. I can handle doing unpaid work, that was my choice. But being so rude about it was not cool.
