The process was very simple. Jon, who is a great boss to interview with, and Jessica and Francisco from HR were great throughout the process. I was hired after a single day of interviews and started the following Monday.

I applied through Robert Half Recruitment and the whole process took about 2 weeks. It was a 3 person panel interview onsite, though the interviewers were late and didn't ask relevant questions. They kept trying to ask "gotcha" questions instead of evaluating my skills or ability to do the job. Nobody from Robert Half or Cavco got back to me after several weeks.

Behavioral Other

Had a normal phone screen first, then went through 3 in-person interviews. The people I met were the hiring manager, CAO, and CFO. The interviews were pretty relaxed, more like chatting with colleagues than a formal interview. Everyone was really nice and professional, I could see myself working with them. The recruiter was good at keeping up with scheduling and follow-ups. However, the benefits and work flexibility weren't quite what I'm looking for at a corporate level.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward and the people I met were nice. I talked with the hiring director and the CFO. They seemed really invested in their work and wanted to communicate a strong company culture. I especially thought the CFO was a great person and someone I'd like to work with later.
