The General Counsel and support attorneys were knowledgeable and asked insightful questions. However, one C-suite executive seemed uninterested from the start and appeared dismissive. He proposed a test where I would review a document with the GC. I completed this task, but never heard back. Despite having the skills and proving my competence, I would have preferred a polite rejection over silence.

I had a phone call and submitted my resume. I couldn't make it to the office for a formal interview, so they did a long interview over the phone. They asked me the usual questions you'd expect at a company like this.

HR called me to schedule an in-person interview with two VPs, the VP of Acquisitions and V.P. of Analytics. I was asked to arrive early to complete some paperwork, which turned out to be a very long employment application that included a request for my SSN for a background/credit check. I also had to sign in with the receptionist and give them my driver license number. The interview started late because one of the VPs was busy. The VP who was present seemed awkward being alone and left to check if the other VP could join, but they didn't. They only asked maybe one or two questions and then I was quickly asked to leave. The interview itself was less than 15 minutes, and with the commute, it felt like a waste of time.

I submitted my resume online. The CPS contact wasn't very clear about what they were looking for in an interview via email, but I agreed since I knew the company, they had my resume (so I figured it was a fit), and it was geographically convenient.
