Proposal Manager
Recruiter called to check availability and followed up throughout the process from interview to joining. I was interviewed by VP Nareen Biswass in Hyderabad in Dec 2015 and got a selection call, but nothing happened for 2 months. The recruiter followed up again in Feb 2016 with an offer to join in Noida. VP Digant Vasi interviewed me over the phone again with a job offer. Joining was smooth, but Digant left before my joining date, causing a lot of hassle.

There were 2 rounds in total. First was a telephone interview, and the second was on-site. The interviewers were very pleasant. They started with some fundamental questions before delving into more specific ones. The entire process went quite smoothly, and even though I wasn't sure about some questions, I ended up getting the offer.
