I first got a call from one of the District Managers, describing the position and company to me. He then offered an in-person interview if I was still interested. I accepted, and came in for a close to 45 minute interview with both District Managers in Cincinnati. It was fairly laid back and had a very casual feel. They're essentially interviewing for a sales position, as they will eventually promote you to sales, even though you won't start off that way. It's a good way to get introduced to the industry.

It was a pretty straightforward interview. Nothing too intense, just the usual questions you'd expect. I had two ladies from the marketing team and one from operations join me, and they were all super nice and encouraging.

Behavioral Technical

I met with the District Manager for the job at a restaurant. He went over the job specifics and I told him about my past jobs. I was new to the beer industry and explained how my past experiences in sales and customer service relate to the job. I think being on time, having integrity, and sales experience are the most important traits he was looking for.
