The interview was on Microsoft Teams. I was a little late because of technical difficulties getting connected. The interview process involved standard questions. One of the interviewers was new to interviewing. Overall, it seemed okay.

So, the interview was a panel with the previous manager, HR, and the hiring manager. They knew there would be some issues but didn't tell me what they were. It felt a bit unfair that they didn't mention the employment there would be strained by the people I'd have to work with.

The applicant showed up 10 minutes before the interview, dressed well, and was really engaged and interested during the hour-long interview. They sent a thank you email to both interviewers afterward. However, the company didn't even have the courtesy to send a decline email. The applicant was okay with not getting more interviews or the job offer. It's considered rude and bad business practice not to follow up from the employer's side.
