A staffing agency reached out to me for this interview. I had a zoom call with the HR team, and they were all really nice. Each person asked me questions one by one. We did have some technical problems, though, and I sometimes had to repeat myself because people joined late or got kicked off due to their internet. By the end of the interview, I knew I wouldn't get the HR Business Partner job. The agency told me it was an HR Specialist role, but I later learned it was a much more senior position. I knew I didn't have enough experience myself. Later, they offered me a temporary recruiting job, but I turned it down because I wanted something permanent. It was very kind of them to still consider me for another role even though I wasn't qualified for the HRBP position.

For C.C., there are three interviews, but I only completed two. The first two interviews were conducted online via Zoom. I spoke with a recruiter for the first interview and then with the hiring manager for the second. They mentioned getting back to people within a week or two for a third interview, but I never heard back, and my follow-up emails went unanswered. I had my first interview about a week after submitting my application, and the second interview was also about a week later. Both went well, but I didn't get an offer. It's best to keep applying for other jobs even when you're interviewing here because they tend to leave you hanging and don't provide updates after the second interview.

The interview process started with a phone call, and then I had an in-person meeting. A board member was there for the in-person interview. It was a typical interview asking about my past, present, and future career goals. They also asked for situational examples from my work. Make sure to have work examples ready if they apply.

I sent in my application online and got a call back within about two weeks. Then I had an in-person interview. After that, they asked for my references, and then I had to do a drug test, background check, and a TB screening. I got the offer about a week later. I didn't have much experience when I applied, having just graduated from college. They seem to be pretty open to hiring people right out of school.
