Supervisor
HR will send an email saying you passed the first part, and someone will contact you soon for a phone interview. If you pass that, there will be an in-person interview.
- Can you tell me about your qualifications?
- Do you have any previous management experience?
Case Manager
I really wanted this job, so I called a couple of times a week after sending my resume. When I didn't hear back for a bit, I decided to go to the campus dressed professionally, with my resume, cover letter, and references. I even listed a friend who worked in the department I was applying to as a reference. While I was there, I asked to speak with someone from HR or the hiring manager. Someone met with me, and I gave them my resume. A few days later, they called me for an interview. The first interview was with two program managers from the department. Then, I had a second interview with the director of the department. After both interviews, they called me with a job offer.
- Could you share your experience that would make you a successful case manager in our department?
Foster Care Case Manager
First, I had a phone call where they asked about my salary expectations and my interest in the role. Then, I had an in-person meeting with two supervisors. Finally, about a week later, I interviewed with the director. I also had to get a background check, fingerprints, a TB test, and a drug screen done.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with a rule?
- What do you consider your employee strengths and weaknesses to be?
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Client Services
Had a phone interview with a coordinator who set up an in person interview. Then had an in person interview with 2 supervisors. It was pretty laid back and conversational with standard questions. They described the position, and asked a few background questions, about my personal philosophy, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
