My chat with Cat Face went fine, but I had a tough time connecting with the Director. She seemed really rigid and all about control. The way she asked questions made me feel like she might micromanage me. Lots of her questions were about spotting mistakes or finding weak spots, not really about working together. This made me worry about having enough freedom and how the day-to-day would be.

This was a long interview process with multiple stages and a test, but then I just got ghosted. Super rude and unprofessional. If you're gonna make candidates go through a lengthy process, at least update them on their status. How you treat potential employees really shows the company culture.

So I had a screening call on the phone, and then they set up a video call after that. It was a pretty standard interview process where they asked me about my experience. After that, they totally ghosted me and never responded.

The interview experience was warm and welcoming, with everyone in the office being very nice and professional. It was about an hour long and I met with a manager and a VP. They each asked me a few questions and I got to ask them my questions. Overall, it was a positive experience.
