I had an HR interview first. I got rejected right after it, unfortunately, with no clear feedback. The whole process was kinda disappointing, didn't really give me much insight into the company or the role. Felt like a waste of time, not much transparency on how they evaluate things.

I talked to three people from the team and one from HR, and it took about 6 weeks. I got an offer on a Friday, and was ready to resign the next Monday. But by Monday afternoon, the HR person I was talking to went silent. I figured hiring takes time. The hiring manager even emailed me congratulating me and saying they couldn't wait for me to join. Then on Monday, they called me and told me about a leadership change that put all 'interviews' on hold. I wasn't interviewing, I was at the offer stage. They said the leadership change wasn't on the website, which seemed like a lie. My offer was paused for 30 days, and I never heard anything back about whether it was officially rescinded. I was told it went all the way up to the Chief People Officer and CEO. Nobody from the C-suite even apologized for basically faking the offer, which caused me to quit my job and be unemployed for a few weeks. I was told I could reach out to the hiring manager with questions, but she ignored my email. I'm sharing this as a warning because what they did felt illegal and they wasted so much of my time.

I was first contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Then I had an initial call with the recruiter, followed by a call with the VP and a Senior Software Engineer. After that, I received a take-home assignment to develop a Registration and Login page using a modern stack. I honestly think no one would ask for such a system just for screening. I submitted the assignment within a week but never heard back from them. It was a complete waste of my time, and I would suggest they not waste engineers' time if they don't plan to follow-up. STAY AWAY FROM TAKE HOME TRAP!!

The hiring process was really smooth and wrapped up in about two weeks. It kicked off with a 30-minute chat with the internal recruiter. Then, there was an hour-long interview with the Test Lead and an Engineer where we talked about different testing approaches. After that, I had a take-home technical test. This was followed by two separate 45-minute sessions: one to discuss my approach to the test, and another for cultural fit. Everyone I met was great, really focused on building a solid platform and good at having discussions about problems and solutions. I didn't end up taking the offer due to my personal situation, but the company seems to have a strong product, a focus on customer results, and a commitment to quality in everything they do.
