So basically the whole interview thing took me about 2 weeks. It started with HR giving me a call, then I had a virtual interview with the Regional Team Lead. After that, I think I had a chat with someone from the leadership team to see if I'd be a good fit for the company.

Got hired over the phone after sending in my resume. The company recruiter reached out. Then I had 2 phone interviews with the supervising nurse practitioner. We reviewed my previous jobs, my resume, why I left my last job, and why I'm looking for a new one.

I applied and went through 3 steps. First, I had a recruiter call for a pre-screening. Then, I had a casual Zoom interview with the Marketing Manager where they wanted to know more about me and my personality. The final step was an in-person interview at their Addison office, which involved a case study presentation.

I had a phone chat with a recruiter first, and then I had video interviews with the management team. The initial phone call was pretty simple – they asked me to introduce myself and then they told me about the company. The video interviews with management were more about getting to know my personality.
