Software Developer Apprentice
I applied online and right away got an email to do a screening test. It had parts for math, English reading, aptitude, and stuff. It took me more than an hour. After that, I got an email saying I passed and that they only set up interviews when they have a client opportunity. A month later, they emailed me for an interview, but then canceled it on the day. When I asked why, they said my location didn't match the project. I said I could move, but they weren't having it. It felt like a waste of time since nothing came of it. Plus, the job had a 25-month contract and paid very little. I don't recommend applying.

You start with an online screening test. If you pass, you might get an email asking for your resume and to set up a 30-minute online meeting. This meeting will be on Google Hangouts, and they prefer you use a webcam but it's okay if you just use audio. They'll introduce themselves and ask you to introduce yourself. Then you'll get a bunch of questions. If the interview goes well, they might tell you about the job benefits, training, contract terms, and the 2-year employment agreement.

First, there's a computer-based test that screens applicants. This test is adaptive, meaning the questions change based on your previous answers. It's crucial to pass this test; you won't get hired without it. After the test, there's a behavioral interview. They didn't ask many technical questions during the interview, focusing more on personality and cultural fit because their training program requires trainees to be motivated and work well together to be effective.
- Given your degree and years of experience, what motivates you to join our training program?
